Bug reports, calculator requests, questions about how a grade was worked out, or feedback on a guide — all of it goes to one inbox and gets read. Several tools on this site exist because a teacher emailed to ask for them.

Every message is read by our team. During the start of a school year or finals season replies can take a little longer, but you will always get one.
What to put in your message
The more specific you are, the faster this gets sorted. Pick whichever line fits your reason for writing.
Something calculated wrong
Tell us which calculator you were on, the exact numbers you typed in, the result it gave, and the result you expected. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem the same day.
You want a calculator we do not have
Describe the calculation you are doing by hand right now and how often you do it. A real example with real numbers helps more than a feature name.
A guide is wrong or unclear
Send the page link and the sentence that is off. If your school uses a different grading scale from the one we describe, tell us which one — that kind of correction improves the page for everyone.
Anything else
Partnerships, press, licensing, or a question that does not fit anywhere above. Write in plain language and we will point you in the right direction.
You may not need to write at all
Most questions we get already have an answer on the site:
- How a specific score converts. The Easy Grade Calculator shows the percentage, the letter grade and a full chart for that test length.
- Why a weighted grade looks lower than an average. Covered in the grading guides, with worked examples.
- What you need on a final. The Final Grade Calculator answers this directly.
- Common questions about our scale and formulas. See the FAQs page.
What we cannot help with
Worth saying plainly so nobody waits on a reply that will not solve their problem.
- We cannot change or dispute a grade. We are not a school, an exam board or a grading service. If a grade in your gradebook looks wrong, your teacher or school office is the only place that can fix it.
- We have no access to student records. We do not connect to any school system, and we do not store the numbers you type into the calculators.
- We cannot tell you your school’s grading scale. Cut-offs vary between schools and even between courses. Your syllabus is the authority; our calculators use the standard US scale by default.
- We do not do homework. Happy to explain how a calculation works — that is what the guides are for — but we will not work through an assignment for you.
